Orders
- Delivery and self-pickup orders accepted.
- Same-day delivery available (cut-off 3PM).
- Self-pickup during operating hours.
Payment Methods
- FPX Online Banking
- Credit Card
- Bank Transfer
Orders are processed once payment is confirmed.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 4 hours after payment. Once prepared, cancellation is not possible.
Flower Product Disclaimer
- Flowers are natural; seasonal availability may vary.
- Substitutions may occur with similar style/value.
- Design and value remain consistent.
Delivery Policy
- Provide accurate delivery info.
- Redelivery charges may apply if recipient unavailable or address incorrect.
- Delivery considered completed after attempt.
Vegetable Orders
- No returns once delivered.
- If vegetables are spoiled/damaged, take photo & send to 017-6468328 within 24 hours.
- Include your Order Number for verification.
- Eligible cases will receive replacement.
Intellectual Property
All images, photos, and content belong to Floralife Sdn Bhd. Unauthorized use prohibited.
