When do your flowers and vegetables arrive?
Fresh flowers and vegetables arrive every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

Do you have ready-made bouquets available daily?
Yes, we prepare ready-made bouquets daily for walk-in customers.
How much is a bouquet?
Our bouquets start from RM38, depending on the size and flower type.
What is the difference between ready-made and custom bouquets?
Ready-made bouquets are pre-designed and available immediately. Custom bouquets are made based on your request, where you can share your preferred design and we will quote accordingly.
Why are ready-made bouquets cheaper?
Ready-made bouquets are prepared in advance, which reduces preparation time and allows us to offer them at a more affordable price.
What is an eco bunch or loose flower?
Eco bunch and loose flowers are smaller portions taken from larger bundles. Loose flowers start from as low as RM1.20 per stem, allowing customers to mix and match based on their budget.

Can I customise my bouquet?
Yes, you can customise your bouquet based on your preferred flowers, colours, and budget.
Do I need to pre-order?
Yes, pre-order is required for custom bouquets.
How early should I order for big events?
We recommend placing your order at least one week in advance for large events.
Delivery
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes, same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 3PM within Klang Valley.

We deliver within Klang Valley.
What happens if the recipient is not available?
If the recipient is not available, our team will contact the sender or recipient. Redelivery may be arranged and additional charges may apply.
